Hillary Clinton would like to make sure pediatricians are encouraging parents to read to their kids. And now that I’m a parent, I find that I couldn’t agree more. Last weekend, the former secretary of state unveiled a new early literacy toolkit, which includes a list of resources and tips for pediatricians who want to talk to parents about the importance of early childhood literacy.
