Guten tag from Germany! This week members of the JL team are attending the annual Spielwarenmesse® Nuremberg International Toy Fair. This is where the international toy markets come together: renowned brands, trendy start-ups, buyers of large chains, independent retailers and a plethora of media representatives make Spielwarenmesse® the most important event for the toy sector. And even more incredible is that the Toy Fair dates back to 1949!

Over 1 million products are exhibited at the fair, with 75,000 visitors from more than 120 countries, and 2,700 exhibitors in attendance. The fair runs till Monday and it's certainly been a great fair for us to showcase our Touchtronic Letters and Numbers range, the world's first tactile 3D alphabet and numbers that interact with the iPad. Tech toys and appcessories like these are certainly making their mark at the toy fairs this season. Buyers are increasingly intrigued by what our Touchtronic technology has to offer kids, with parents and teachers both taking notice of the new and exciting ways we can blend the digital and physical world's of learning.

Follow our blog in the next few weeks and we'll keep you updated on the other exciting toy fair trends and technology shows that we'll be attending in Feb.
