2. How do I return an item?

Merchandise may be returned in resalable condition within 30 days of receipt of shipment for credit or exchange. Prior to returning any product, please contact us to get a return authorization number which must be written on any boxes returned to us. Please report damages within 15 days.

State law requires to collect sales tax on orders shipped to the State of California regardless of where the purchase originates from. Orders delivered to all other states will not be charged sales tax.
